Certain Doom

Well, it's official. The Republican majority leaders are cowards who have sold us down the river.

And now we are irrevocably screwed.

I've had my *mayday* moment. If there was a time to head to the hills, this should be it. Collapse is certain. My optimism about this nation's future has been wiped away by a hard, 200-proof dose of reality.

The establishment does not give a damn, and anything beyond this point will be too little too late.

Whether we look like Argentina or "The Road" at the end of this mess is anyone's guess.

For the prepared, it's a race against time and the tide has turned.

It's on.

While it may be too little too late, I feel encouraged that a bill has passed the house with real (albeit small) cuts and no real tax increases. We shall see what the next round of debates and cuts reveals, and of course whether the senate kills the bill. Meanwhile, I am going to continue buying buckshot, baked beans, and water filters.

Whether or not things go South, your purchases are good ones. And, at least, as you point out, there are no tax increases yet to speak of, which means more cash availbale for preps.

I hope you guys are kicking ass.

LOL!!! you guys make me laugh as the world collapses around us. :) Speaking of preps, I think I need to buy some fabric to make us all clothes when the world ends...

I am less encouraged than I was the more I learn about the details of the bill. Oh well. More buckshot it is. Clare. Great idea. See if you can find the pattern 5.11 Tactical uses for their covert cargos. I love those damn pants.

Maybe our wives could start a business making clothes for preppers. We are bound to cash in!!!
